Getting a lot of latency

I'm using the Korg Mono/Poly app on my iPad. I'm feeling a lot of latency, whether I use the Panda setup or a wired setup. I'm wondering if there's something simple I'm doing wrong with the NuRAD, or some simple setting I need to switch to. I THINK everything so far is pretty much as it was shipping. Do I need to mess with the Velocity / Velocity Boost/Bias, etc.?

In effort to isolate the issue, ... do you have another device (like a hardware synth or something) to confirm if you are getting the same latency on other devices? (then lets go from there)

Thanks so much for the reply. I did end up doing a factory reset. MUCH better!

I think the only time I made setting adjustments (awhile back, around the time I received the NuRAD) was at the recommendation of someone on the internet. That's probably where the issues came from.
