My NuEVI polyplay doesn't seem to work
When I follow the instructions in the user guide for how to put my NuEVI into polyplay mode, it doesn't seem to work.

There was a recent bug identified in firmware version 1.6.5 which was causing issue. First upgrade to the newest firmware version. (which is 1.6.7 at this time of writing this). https://berglundinstruments.com/firmware/ --

After reviewing, first make sure that polyplay > polymode is not set to [ OFF ].
There are two ways to put the NuEVI into polyplay mode.
1. [ touch-hold special key + special key ] (if this method is not working, updating to most recent firmware will fix)
2. [ touch-hold first trill key + special key ]
