My NuEVI / NuRAD with LiPO battery doesn't seem to be charging
every time I cut it on it said low battery, like it was never charging. then I plugged it up and it completely shut off.

Micro USB cables come in 2 types. Charging only cables and Data/charging cables. You need to make sure you are using a DATA/Charging cable.
the NuEVI and NuRAD either charge in switch middle position (earlier circuit) and then it’s always off when charging, or in newer units it will always charge when connected to USB, and the switch is power off – on – on+wl.
