Lip sensor not working

my lip sensor is having a bit of problems i have not been able to get it to work like how it was when i first started to play, when i go into the adjust settings under lip/ec the sensor dot just move a little to the right no matter how much I adjust the THR and max, was wondering if you could give me some insight on what the problem may be.

You should be able to touch any part of the aluminum stem that mounts the mouthpiece. Can you test that ...

If you are able to detect adequate touch (from the the aluminum stem), you should be able to maneuver the lip sensor so that it is getting adequate connection to the aluminum stem.

Ok and how would I go about maneuvering the lip sensor, do I have to unscrew it from the instrument or do I move the top part where my lips touch with hand?

Were you able to prove that touching the stem (not just the screws) registered correctly?

If so, I would just remove the mouthpiece and lip-sensor and just re-insert (this is standard process, .. in case you replace your mouthpiece moving forward).

Yes it was just the screw, but i realized that the screw was a little loose so i just had to tightened it and now the lip sensor work perfect again
