Some of the keys on my NuRAD are too short

the righthand topmost key, what you call "RHs" in the manual, is really hard for me to hit without also hitting RH1. Have you received this complaint before? it’s not a huge deal, but I’m pretty sure that a longer key there would solve it. i’m wondering if other players have replaced a specific key to solve this.

These keys are measured in millimeters. They are meant to be customizable. They can be easily replaced. There are different lengths available (15, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, 32, 33, 35). Contact Berglund Instruments through their support form for inquiry:
