4th octave is not playing

I’m experiencing a problem in that my 4th octave is not playing. From C4 up an octave is playing C3. I haven’t tried a factory reset yet. Let me know what you think.
1. I’d check the nuts on the roller posts. Loose nut makes bad or no contact.
2. Check adjustment settings and monitor the sensor dots touching the rollers in order. (Lowest two are unconnected).
3. Check connector.
