new firmware installed default to factory default

I installed the new firmware and as I feared it reset everything to factory default.

Sounds strange that the settings would reset. As there are no changes in the settings storage at all in the new firmware version compared to the version originally installed, it would read the same storage version number and not even add a new setting to storage. Only way to reset would be holding menu+enter while switching on the instrument. It would then also auto calibrate the sensors and keys, so very important to keep fingers off those at reset or the adjustments would be off, causing issues.
