How do I keep the handlebar from popping out of the top clip?

It’s constantly popping out and then touching the metal neck. By doing so it activates the extra sensor on the mouthpiece and I get unwanted pitch changes. No matter how hard I push it in, it pops out very easily.

Depending on the original adjustment of the handlebar clip screw, there might be the possibility of tightening it a bit. But if the handlebar is too much shaped to go beyond the clip in the back, it might need a slight adjustment. With the handlebar unclipped in the back, grip it by both sides and squeeze the shape to get the back of the loop closer to the clip, or even parallel to it.
