I haven't made any adjustments , but is there a reason ( playing the EWI in the key of C) playing an E on piano is a G on the EWI ? I have another NuRad EWI and playing with the same synth the notes are correct. I thought it may be some adjustment on the synth I was using. But it is not. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks.

Do you have anything set in menu > transpose?

I do not have anything set in the menu. No transpose. An E on the piano is a G on the NuRad.

Do you have a MIDI monitor piece of software for your computer? .. Are you running on a mac or pc? ... Get a MIDI monitor, it will display what note values are being sent from your NuRAD. Let's look at this.

The MIDI monitor should show you the actually musical note output. So you can verify which musical note is outputting from your NuRAD.

This is a part of the screenshot of the midi monitor . I was fingering (playing ) a B. With the NuRad in the key of C.

I did a factory reset on it. It went back to normal for maybe 5 minutes then returned to a 3rd above the key of C.

Can you check to see if there are any of your pinky keys that are touching each other? (if so, correct and secure with screw driver) --
