there seems to be a problem with the octave rollers on my NuRAD. One of the rollers is not responding. Pulling up the touch response page in the adjust menu, that octave roller is not showing any response to touch. All of the other keys are registering. I've tried every adjustment, but it just doesn't seem to work any more. I believe it worked when I first received the unit - there were some intermittent octave wackiness, but I attributed that to me getting used to it and dialing in the adjustments. Now however, it definitely is not receiving input on that roller. ANy suggestions?

Let's try something simple at first and then if is not working, it could mean something less simple (but certainly fixable) ...

Can you determine if the hex nut next to the offending roller is loose by chance? ... If so, are you able to tighten it and test again?

The hex nut was loose. At first it didn't seem to want to tighten, but I finally got it to sit and tighten down. That seems to have solved the issue.
