The User Guide doesn’t indicate how to position my mouth on the mouthpiece. Can I use my teeth directly on the bite sensor mouthpiece, or should I just use my lips like for a saxophone?

It’s constantly popping out and then touching the metal neck. By doing so it activates the extra sensor on the mouthpiece and I get unwanted pitch changes. No matter how hard I push it in, it pops out very easily.

I want to use it to trigger certain things in SWAM. I can successfully assign it in SWAM but I can’t figure out how to get rid of what it is doing. It currently plays an arpeggio when activated. I have both EXTCT CC A and B turned to off.

I read the manual. I am obviously missing something. Do you have a picture that shows it? I have unscrewed the top panel with the keys. Please help.

Working fine in my home studio. Must be a problem with the work computer. I will troubleshoot tomorrow but does not appear to be a hardware issue at this time

This started suddenly today. Powers on normally, I have tried two different USB cables and two different ports without success. Have also rebooted my computer and powered the NuRAD down as well.

What if I have two workstations (one in my rehearsal space and another in my home). Is there a way to easily pair them to both receiver units?
