New NuRAD with wireless not working

Just got my NuRad. I've connected the Panda MIDI module to the PC, and tested that it's working using their utility. It does not respond to playing on the NuRAD – and I'm not seeing any lights to indicate pairing on the NuRAD. Swiping the magnet across the front does nothing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. There is only a single light visible on the front of the instrument – a red light a little to the right of the top RHK. There is no blinking LED near the LH keys (or anywhere else).

The latest version of the NuRAD WL has switchable power to the wireless transmitter. The NuRAD power switch has three positions where the rightmost is ’OFF’, the mid position is ’ON’ and the leftmost position is ’ON+wireless’. In the leftmost position you should be getting another LED lighting up in there. Hope this helps.
